re.membered.ai (“re.membered,” “we,” “us”) is a personal CRM that you connect to your AI assistant. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We’ve kept it plain — if anything is unclear, email hello@re.membered.ai.
Your CRM data is yours. We don’t sell it, we don’t share it, and we don’t use it to train any models. We collect the minimum we need to run the service, and you can export or delete your data at any time.
When you sign in, we store your email address so we can identify your account and send you one-time sign-in links. We don’t store a password for your account login — sign-in is by magic link.
The contacts and notes you (or your assistant, on your instruction) save — names, birthdays, phone numbers, emails, relationships, and free-form notes. This is the data your assistant reads and writes through the connector.
For each CRM you create we store its address (slug) and a hashed password. We store only a one-way PBKDF2 hash of that password — never the password itself.
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request metadata (such as IP address and timestamps) to deliver and secure the service. We don’t use third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use your CRM content to train AI models.
We use a small number of infrastructure providers to run re.membered.ai — principally Cloudflare for hosting, database (D1), and email delivery. They process data only to provide those services to us. We don’t share your data with anyone else except where required by law.
When you connect an AI assistant, that assistant (e.g. Claude) reads and writes your CRM on your instruction. Its handling of that data is governed by its own provider’s privacy policy.
Connections are encrypted in transit (TLS). Each CRM is isolated to its own tenant boundary and protected by a password you set, stored only as a salted hash. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and limit what we collect in the first place.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. Sign-in links are single-use and expire within 15 minutes. When you delete a CRM or your account, the associated data is removed from our database.
re.membered.ai is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll revise the “last updated” date above, and significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
