These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of re.membered.ai (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
re.membered.ai is a personal CRM that you connect to an AI assistant over the Model Context Protocol. It lets you and your assistant store and retrieve contacts and notes.
You sign in with your email via a one-time link. You’re responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for the passwords you set on each CRM. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

You own the contacts, notes, and other content you put into your CRM (“Your Content”). You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and serve Your Content back to you and your connected assistant. You’re responsible for Your Content and for having the right to store it — including any personal information about other people.
Each CRM has a unique public address. We assign addresses on a first-come basis. When you delete a CRM, its address is released and may be claimed by someone else. We may reclaim addresses that are inactive, infringing, or abusive.
We aim to keep the Service available but don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend or discontinue the Service. We’ll give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.
You may stop using the Service and delete your CRMs or account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. On termination, your data may be deleted.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or always available, and you’re responsible for keeping your own backups (use the export feature).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, re.membered.ai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll revise the “last updated” date above, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
